Thank you for being such a good neighbour, Rod. What a way to meet you for the first time - having to walk through your house to get to ours because the removal van was blocking the entrance to ours! We will miss you reversing your car into the drive with such precision, narrowly avoiding Pam's carefully sculpted pot plants.
